The chips contain primarily corn! Of course they pick and choose which ingredients they want to promote. In fact they say right on the bag that they may substitute black beans for Adzuki! And the apple raisin "thing" was a baked apple (not dehydrated) with raisins and honey. I don't know why people who have to eat gluten free feel they have to complain about food so much. Maybe because it is fresh and not sugared or salted down (usually) it doesn't appeal to the taste buds much. Leave it to the french to keep food honest, though. I applaud them!
